Area of Focus

Penny provides administrative and operations support for the Clean Energy staff in the Boulder office, especially with regard to WRA’s participation in dockets before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. She also spends part of her time assisting with information technology issues.

Background

Penny has been with WRA since 1998. She was previously a volunteer with The Nature Conservancy and Thorne Ecological Institute in Boulder, and she worked at the Texas State Historical Association for ten years as an editor and network administrator

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts in music and humanities from Augustana College in Illinois.
