Corporate Giving & Sponsors

Sponsors and corporate partners are vital to our work.

We are all living the climate crisis, and the only way we’ll solve it is by working together to take bold action now.

Support from sponsors and partners protects land and improves access to it, ensures that communities in the West transition to clean energy and reduce carbon emissions, and helps states use less water and safeguards our Western rivers.

We know that we are capable of achieving the ambitious goals that are required to fight climate change, and we need you to do it. Invest in WRA to take urgent and proven action before it’s too late.

Protecting the land, air, and water of the West is an important cause that hits close to the home of SCARPA North America in Boulder, Colorado. Sustainability and protecting the planet guides our way of doing business, so it is a natural fit for SCARPA to support WRA, whose work is driven by the same values.

First Bank

“At FirstBank, ‘banking for good’ is far more than a tagline. It’s a belief that the composition of the bank goes beyond a bottom line or quarterly figures. Rather, it’s the people – customers, community, and employees – that are the central motivation for every decision.” – Jim Reuter CEO, FirstBank

Other Loyal Partners

Every win for the West that WRA is behind is made possible by a strong network of supporters, including the sponsors and partners listed here. Collaboration is done in different ways, and WRA is proud of all our ongoing partnerships with businesses that share our common goals.

Aveda

For over 15 years, Aveda has been a longstanding, invaluable partner to WRA as part of their mission to advocate for clean water. Each April, hair salons across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah fundraise for our Healthy Rivers Program, raising over $2 million for WRA to date.

Schilling Cider

Schilling Cider, a hard cider company out of Washington, has an annual Keep It Wild campaign to help preserve and protect wild spaces. During the month of April, WRA and other local environmental partners graciously receive 5% of the sales of Schilling’s Local Legend and Excelsior Imperial Apple hard ciders.
