Jeff provides administrative and legal support to the Clean Energy team in Nevada, as well as managing the Reno office.
Background
Jeff grew up in Nevada and developed a deep connection to the landscapes and communities of the Great Basin and Mojave Deserts. He earned an MFA and Ph.D. focused on the cultural and literary history of the region and has worked as a university lecturer, editor, and small press founder/operator. Jeff brings this combination of regional expertise and experience shaping and guiding complex projects—grounded in a lifelong curiosity about the deserts he calls home—to support WRA’s program and legal operations in Nevada.
