Area of Focus
As Senior Foundation Relations Officer, James works to increase funding for WRA’s programs. He works closely with the team to write and submit grant proposals and reports to current and prospective funders.
Background
Before joining WRA in 2020, James worked as a Development Associate and Grant Writer at the Center for Court Innovation, a nonprofit that focuses on reforming the criminal justice system and reducing incarceration. He has also worked as a Development Consultant, helping nonprofit clients grow and sustain their strategic goals.
Education
- Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst
- Master of Science in International Conflict Resolution from Columbia University
