Support Climate Solutions through Workplace Giving
Matching Gifts
Thousands of companies will match their employees’ charitable gifts, often dollar-for-dollar, which increases your impact at no cost to you. Use the search tool to see if your gift is eligible for matching funds. Each company has their guidelines, including the amount they’ll match and deadlines for submitting a request (commonly within 30 days to 12 months).
If your employer does not yet include WRA, consider asking your HR team to add us to the list of eligible nonprofits.
Workplace Giving Programs
Many organizations provide convenient channels to streamline employee giving, including internal portals, company foundations, or payroll deduction. By designating WRA in your employer’s program, you supply dependable, tax-deductible funding that powers policy solutions to fight climate change.
Your personal commitment, paired with your employer’s support, advances meaningful climate action across the West.

I support WRA because I'm passionate about protecting this beautiful place where we live. I love that WRA drives state-based policy that we can feel and see the results of, and that they work collaboratively across a variety of organizations and industries to reach the best outcomes for the land and people of the West. I'm grateful to work for a company like Google that helps maximize my giving by matching my personal donations to WRA.
