AB 206 proposes to increase Nevada’s RPS to 50% by 2030, and sets a goal of achieving a renewable level of at least 80% by 2040.

Nevadans want more clean energy to ensure we have healthier air for our children to breathe, less carbon pollution and more clean energy jobs. To date, less than 20% of our power comes from renewable resources. The time is now to support AB 206 and increase Nevada’s Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to 50% by 2030, with a goal of 80% by 2040.
