The Ambition Road Map
A Guide for State and Local Advocates to Continue the Electric Vehicle Transition
Wednesday, December 3 | noon to 1:00 p.m. MST
The U.S. needs to rapidly electrify its transportation system to avoid the worst impacts of climate change, improve air quality, curb pollution, protect human health, and remain globally competitive. But the emergence of a new federal government that is openly antagonistic to environmental policy threatens to slow the crucial adoption of clean, zero-emission transportation.
The good news: state- and local-level policies still offer a path forward.
WRA’s new report, The Ambition Road Map, outlines 18 different types of state- and local-level policies that can help maintain momentum for the electric vehicle transition. In this webinar, transportation electrification advocates and experts will discuss the development, passage, funding, and implementation of three different clean transportation policies, from Oregon to California and Colorado. These success stories can help advocates and decision makers in the states maintain momentum on the electric vehicle transition.
