Area of Focus:
Adam represents Western Resource Advocates in Arizona to advance a clean energy standard and grid modernization, accelerate coal plant retirements, and increase energy efficiency. He appears before the Arizona Corporation Commission as well as working with utilities and other stakeholders to accomplish these goals.
Adam left private practice to join Western Resource Advocates in 2018. Previously, he worked at the Arizona Corporation Commission where he served as a policy advisor, providing counsel to his Commissioner on the development of renewable energy standards, energy efficiency standards, and net metering.
Adam is a veteran of the U.S. Army who proudly served in Operation Desert Storm.
J.D., Cum Laude, from Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University with a Minor in Philosophy.
