Area of Focus#
Penny provides administrative support to the Clean Energy Director and Deputy Directors and works with the Clean Energy team’s Program and Legal Assistants to coordinate and standardize processes across all of our states.
Background#
Penny has been with WRA since 1998. She was previously a volunteer with The Nature Conservancy and Thorne Ecological Institute in Boulder, and she worked at the Texas State Historical Association for ten years as an editor and network administrator
Education#
- Bachelor of Arts in music and humanities from Augustana College in Illinois.
