As the Director of Development, Patti leads the WRA Development Team in planning, oversight, and implementation of a comprehensive development program that secures financial resources from foundations, corporations, family foundations, government agencies, and individuals to support WRA’s conservation goals across the Intermountain West. She also works to ensure a high level of donor stewardship for all supporters of the WRA mission and vision.
Patti is a Colorado native and has extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles at several organizations, including History Colorado and Colorado Preservation, Inc. Prior to joining WRA, she served as Director of Donor Relations at the University of Colorado Boulder. In her work, she has organized large events, worked with corporate sponsors, led grants management, and managed large outreach and stewardship efforts focused on major gifts. Patti was also trained as an archaeologist and worked at the Colorado History Museum and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder; attended Strum College of Law at the University of Denver

The awe-inspiring beauty and incredible diversity of the landscape. I love the simple beauty of the tall-grass prairie, the majesty of the Rockies, and the peace of a clear blue sky over the desert.
