Amelia advances water conservation policies and programs by leveraging partnerships, energy conservation, land use planning and GIS analysis.
Amelia joined Western Resource Advocates in 2010. She has worked at the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis (NCEAS), the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), and was a physics and chemistry teacher in New York City.
Masters in Water Resource Management from the Bren School at UCSB, and a BA in physics from Vassar College.
